David Deida is a 20-year friend, teacher, and colleague, whose groundbreaking work on spiritual relationships has helped thousands of people all over the world.

I've been close to the Waking Down work since its birth in 1993. My friend of 30+ years, Saniel Bonder, founded this work. Krishna Gauci describes the Waking Down work beautifully on his site. Ted Strauss offers voluminous essays on the process of Waking Down in mutuality.

From 1994 to 2000 I worked closely with the Institute of Heartmath and managed the project through which they first created their Freeze-Framer Heart Rate Variability Trainer (now called the EmWave).

I found my root-Guru, Adi Da Samraj (1939-2008) in 1973 when I was 22, and was his formal devotee until 1988 during which time I received incomparable spiritual transmission and education.
